4/ How much does Pingo take out of the sales price?

Our standard selling fees are typically 8% of the total sales price & US $0.35 of the total sales as a final value fee.

5/ When will I receive payment from the buyer?

Your sales payment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days after the buyer confirms the delivery or after the expiration date.

Please note that product returns and refunds will affect your total balance.

6/ When a customer choose to pay his order through Paypal, does the payment goes to my Paypal account?

The money paid by the buyer through Paypal, still will goes to the seller’s Pingo account, will not goes to the seller’s Paypal account;

The money in the Pingo account cannot be transferred to the seller’s Paypal account.
